Do this in order and read the 'WHOLE THING' before executing !



Place This at the beginning of your rpt.conf. The 'PRIVATE NODE NUMBER IS 1990, But Change as needed to not conflict.

Also, In rpt.conf....

Make a command for envoking the playback on demand via DTMF.

Before executing anything !

Use your favorite FTP program and go to the directory of the sound files.
To "CLEAN-UP AND TRIM" the wastefull small sound files, set the display to show them by size, smallest first !

Most all sound files that are 2K and under can be deleted. 3K you need to decide. 4K & up, should be good unless you want to check manually.
You might want to copy/download before editing the 'fat'from them, just in case you make a mistake trimming.

Copy the files remaining to the parent directory /var/www/html/audio

Because we are eliminating the silence and the ker-chunks and other abnormalities, 
this will normally playback in less than 1/2 of the original time.
